MAU is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Greenville, SC. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support recruitment operations by sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing candidates, primarily for BMW, while also handling administrative responsibilities at client and branch locations.

Shift Information- Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional nights and weekends as needed

Required Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of professional work experience
- Experience working with the general public
- High degree of professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education and Experience- Experience in the staffing industry, HR in manufacturing, or as a production supervisor
- HR or staffing certifications
- Experience using HRIS systems
- Associate’s Degree (2-year degree)

Essential Functions- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various openings, including BMW positions
- Conduct interviews and manage applicant communication
- Perform background checks, education verifications, and drug testing as needed
- Coordinate orientation sessions and assist with new hire onboarding
- Maintain applicant flow through job ads, recruitment sources, and performance reporting
- Support recruitment efforts via platforms such as MAU.com, Indeed, Craigslist, etc.
- Collaborate with Staffing Specialists and Supervisors to meet staffing targets
- Perform administrative duties, including receptionist responsibilities
- Track documentation, maintain accurate records, and attend internal meetings
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Office environment with standard equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.)
- Regular interaction with challenging applicants
Physical Requirements- Stand/walk for up to 8 hours
- Sit for up to 8 hours
- Lift 5–20 lbs periodically and up to 50 lbs on occasion
Travel- Minimal to no travel required
