Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic communications team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about public relations and media relations to contribute to our organization's mission. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our PR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of PR campaigns
Draft and edit press releases, media advisories, and promotional materials
Monitor media coverage and prepare daily summaries for the team
Maintain and update media contact lists and databases
Support the organization of press events, conferences, and media briefings
Conduct research to identify public relations opportunities and trends
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Basic understanding of media relations and PR practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
