Location: Bolingbrook, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 70 per hourWe’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Product Designer to join our Digital Creative Team. In this key role, you’ll bring exceptional visual and user interface design skills, a user-centered mindset, and a passion for creating clean, intuitive digital experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Ecommerce, IT, Brand Marketing, Loyalty, and third-party partners to turn complex challenges into elegant, focused design solutions.

This role requires someone with a strong aesthetic eye, an obsession with the details, and the ability to stay highly organized while juggling multiple priorities.Responsibilities:Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
A strong online design portfolio.
A great eye for detail, demonstrate creative and innovative problem solving.
Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches and wireframes.
Elevated taste level and innate ability to create unique, own design elements and experiences, with strong typography and layout hierarchy skills.
Solid understanding of user experience and interaction design across all digital platforms - how to craft an interaction that will intuitively lead a user through a flow.
Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
Able to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes.
Able to function independently and in a team environment with solid collaboration skills.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique.
Perform quality assurance testing on existing and new features: QA/UAT.
Qualifications:
3+ years work experience with a focus on product design and UI across a variety of platforms including web and app (IOS & Android).
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts or similar.
Intermediate to advanced level skill with Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite.
Previous experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus.
A passion for Beauty, its products, and its guests is a requirement.
