Chipton-Ross is seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX.

This position is HYBIRD 50% remote, 50% onsite. Subject to change due to business needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
o Experience processing budgets
o Experience advising Control Account Managers (CAM) in performing variance analysis and preparing external status reports.
o Experience developing performance metrics and prepare reports, such as Contract Performance Report (CPR)

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Drive program business rhythm with key stakeholders
o Develop performance metrics and prepare reports, such as Contract Performance Report (CPR)
o Provide guidance to control account managers (CAM)
o Review and validate monthly Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates
o Assist in preparation of budgets, schedules, and program plans
o Conduct financial analyses, such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Financial/Accounting Field
