Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including HVAC installation, construction estimating, and HVAC estimation. You will be working closely with a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems and ensure that they meet all safety and quality standards.
- Conduct construction estimating and HVAC estimation to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Develop project plans and schedules and ensure that they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Manage project risks and issues and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Experience with HVAC installation, construction estimating, and HVAC estimation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
