Job Summary

Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse I role who possess basic computer skills, basic written communication skills, and is able to operate a forklift while loading and unloading freight.

Job Description

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math
• The work environment is very fast-paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of the job
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight

Skills Required

• 6+ months related experience
• Must have forklift experience (Certification not required)
• freight. Worker will be blending chemicals and should be comfortable working with flammable and explosive chemicals. Experience preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Possess basic written communication skills

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Additional Requirements

• Steel Toe Boots required
• The work environment is very fast-paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
• Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:00 am (Night shift and/or rotating shift required)
• Work Environment:
  • Working outside in the elements most of the day. 2-3 hours of day spent working indoors

Pay Rate/Salary

• $15.00 - $22.00/hr. depending on experience
