We’re looking for a talented and culturally aligned Video Editor to support the team in creating engaging video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing both short-form (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content.

This is a remote role. If you have an eye for storytelling, and a creative editing style, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce 2 long-form videos per week for YouTube and similar platforms.

• Create up to 2 short-form videos per day for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

• Apply a dynamic and culturally resonant editing style that fits Jazmin’s brand and audience.

• Collaborate closely with the team to understand content goals and deliver polished, platform-optimized videos.

• Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet quality standards across all formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form content for digital creators or brands.

• Familiarity with editing styles similar to Call to Leap, Milan Singh, Paola Montes, and Andres Garza .

• Strong storytelling skills and creative eye for pacing, transitions, and visual engagement.

• Based in the Philippines or Indonesia

• Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight turnaround times.
