Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.

• Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

• Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research’s prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

What you'll be doing...

• Develop and implement ways to reduce arbitrage in our portfolio by introducing new programs to ensure activations on devices

• Owns our BYO platform and all corresponding projects associated with delivering BYO expansions and sales / CX enhancements

• Partners with Postpaid on our Preloads experiences while delivering new and unique to Value on device experiences

• Balancing high priority initiatives with business needs, capacity and prioritization

• Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively, and escalate as needed for timely resolution

• Providing actionable recommendations to management to continue to drive key KPIs, such as active product users, revenue and reduced churn

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience is required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.

• Experience in product management or a strategy role, implementing launches and enhancements.

• Proficiency with PowerPoint/Word/Excel (Slides/Docs/Sheets).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A proven track record of utilizing insights from data to drive change.

• Broad business knowledge in telecom and technology space.

• Experience creating and presenting presentations to all levels of an organization.

• Significant experience developing, implementing and tracking metrics, data analysis and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
