We are looking for a proactive **Transaction Coordinator (TC)** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling sellers weekly and requesting updates from title companies to ensure deals are moving forward. We’re seeking someone who can think creatively and find ways to accelerate transactions efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
* Call sellers weekly to request updates and ensure deals are progressing.
* Communicate with title companies to track and expedite transactions.
* Identify opportunities to move deals forward efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently.
**Qualifications:**
* Strong English communication skills with minimal accent.
* Proactive and able to think creatively to resolve issues.
* Experience in real estate or transaction coordination is a plus.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
