Title Services Representative
Location Fort Worth, TX (near Alliance Airport) | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19-21/hour
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours
• W2 Contract
ROLE IMPACT
The Title Services team supports a wide array of processes critical to title release, recovery, auctions, and repossessions, setting it apart from other operational areas. This role provides essential customer and vendor support, ensures compliance with state and internal guidelines, and helps streamline high-volume workflows. Success in this position is defined by accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to deliver excellent service in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support title-related processes including title release, recovery, deficiency resolution, vendor reporting, contract return, and repossession/auction title management
• Manage communications across four group emails, multiple mail processes, and internal case systems
• Provide phone support as needed, engaging with customers, vendors, dealers, dealer relationship managers, and state DMVs
• Assist with lease-to-retail conversions, title deficiency recovery, and Florida Direct transactions
• Participate in meetings with auction houses, regional operations managers, and internal partners as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year professional experience in business operations or customer service
• Previous Auto Title experience is a must
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-volume work settings
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

• Title Management Systems (TMS) and case management tools
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Phone, email, and mail-based customer communication channels
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly and transition into new responsibilities as business needs evolve
• Strong attention to detail in heavily audited and compliance-driven work environments
