Salary: $90,000 - 230,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:
• Possess a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Have over 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail along with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Show a high level of self-motivation when analyzing data to identify issues and comprehend system performance.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team, demonstrating effective collaboration with other teams and contractors.
• Be open to traveling up to 5% of the time as needed.
• Be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance upon starting and ultimately acquire Secret level clearance.
• Candidates will stand out if they also possess the following:
• An MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python data science libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience in requirements analysis, design, and concept development.
• Familiarity with developing object-oriented C++ software in a Linux environment.
• Knowledge of software revision control systems (e.g., git).
• Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to take on leadership roles in analysis studies.
• A working understanding of the Aegis Weapon System and/or Weapon Control System.

Responsibilities:

• As a Systems Analyst, I will involve you in analyzing the performance of Weapon Control System (WCS) Modeling & Simulation (M&S) results to support fleet studies, flight test events, and systems engineering studies. You'll be tasked with characterizing system capabilities and limitations, identifying trends and anomalies, and performing root cause analyses. Additionally, you will contribute to WCS analysis efforts by reviewing requirements, assessing system designs, and evaluating algorithms.
• You will support concept and feasibility studies aimed at advancing future combat system capabilities and requirements. I will encourage you to develop tools in Python and MATLAB for analyzing combat system performance and visualizing data in innovative ways. You will also produce documentation covering system requirements, design, technical recommendations, and analysis outcomes. Finally, I expect you to deliver presentations to technical personnel, program leadership, and sponsors.
