POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for building production plans respecting agreed level of available capacity to ensure that finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost and balances expected stock cover. Main point of contact for supply chain execution team to collaborate on issue resolution, strategy execution, process creation and continuous improvement. Integrates with Supply Chain Excellence teams, Demand Planning teams, Customer Facing teams and Network Strategy and Planning teams to deliver on service, working capital and waste targets. Expected to coach and develop supply planners on team to ensure their success and growth. Expected to support and contribute to key Ensure Supply strategic initiatives, including leading where appropriate. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work time: 40 hours/week, two days off per week, it will be on Monday and Tuesday(or Wednesday). On weekdays teachers need to work from 3 or 4pm-9pm. On weekends teachers need to work from 8:30 or 9am till 9pm.
