• Your Influence:
• Support of development projects: Creation of test plans and selection of suitable test benches and parameters to support the development department.
• Preparation of results: Preparation of the test results in the form of detailed reports in close coordination with the client.
• Result analysis: Analysis and interpretation of the test results in order to identify and implement optimization potential.
• Project management: Independent management of test projects, also with external providers.
• Process standardization: Optimization and standardization of test facilities and processes to ensure a consistent and efficient way of working.

Qualifications arrow_right

• Education: Successfully completed technical studies, preferably in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering, or alternatively completed industrial-technical training followed by successfully completed further training as a technician (e.g. in mechanical engineering) and several years of professional experience in a comparable activity.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the functioning of technical systems, materials, physical principles and test methods.
• Language skills: Good oral and written communication skills in German and English.
• Skills required to be successful:
• Data management : Good knowledge of data management and the digitization of data.
• Analytical skills: Good analytical skills and strong numerical understanding.
• Standards and guidelines: Very good knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and safety specifications.
• Software skills : Knowledge of CAD programs.
