Snowflake Solution Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Snowflake Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale architecture initiatives across multiple domains including Data Clean Room , Data Governance , RBAC , Data Ingestion , Data Engineering , and FiveTran integrations . The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to implement secure, scalable Snowflake solutions aligned with modern data architecture principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement Data Clean Room solutions using Snowflake's privacy-preserving features for secure multi-party collaboration.
Design and enforce robust Data Governance and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) frameworks to ensure secure and compliant data access.
Lead the design of data ingestion pipelines using tools like FiveTran , and ensure integration from multiple structured and semi-structured sources.
Optimize ELT workflows and performance across the Snowflake ecosystem.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, governance, and security teams to deliver unified, scalable data solutions.
Define and implement best practices around data modeling , query optimization , role design , and cost efficiency .
Provide architectural leadership, documentation, and mentoring to internal technical teams.
Support audit, lineage, and metadata tracking aligned with enterprise governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering with 6+ years on Snowflake .
Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Clean Room design and implementation.
Strong understanding of RBAC policies , role hierarchy , row-level security , and dynamic data masking in Snowflake.
Deep experience in data ingestion architecture , including FiveTran , and real-time/batch pipelines.
Proficient in SQL , Snowflake scripting , and data performance optimization.
Experience with data modeling , data transformation , and cloud-native integrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SnowPro Advanced Architect Certification strongly preferred.
Experience with DBT , Airflow , Informatica , or similar tools.
Exposure to data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare AdTech).
