Service Plumber – Smyrna, GA

What You’ll Do: 

• Complete plumbing repairs for multi-family, commercial and/or industrial sites 
• Complete sewer repair work and septic installs 
• Establish customer rapport and help the Customer make an informed and intelligent choice 
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans 
• Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory 
• Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings 
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations 
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets 

What Makes You Great? 

• 5+ years of service plumbing experience 
• Plumbing license, preferred
• Experience in excavation and jetting
• Customer-focused with good communication skills 
• You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  
• Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit 
• Experienced with Service Titan 
• You’re professional; neat, clean, punctual and courteous 
• Drug-free workplace
