About the Role:

As  Senior Manager – Marketing & Communications , you'll lead a dynamic, global team across storytelling, brand development, design, and knowledge-sharing. Working closely with senior partners and stakeholders, you’ll craft impactful narratives and strategies that reinforce our vision and foster lasting engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies that elevate brand identity and thought leadership globally.
• Lead and grow teams in content, design, translation, and knowledge management, ensuring excellence in all outputs.
• Align internal messaging with external visibility, translating core values into compelling narratives across channels and languages.
• Curate and disseminate knowledge resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning and expertise sharing.
• Oversee reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and multimedia content creation.
• Own the calendar of conferences, events, and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and support teams to uphold standards of governance, data privacy, and security.

What You’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in brand strategy, corporate communications, and knowledge management.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in global or consultancy environments.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders on high-profile projects and sensitive messaging.
• Exceptional leadership, storytelling, and communication skills.
