Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (3 days in office, 2 days remote) 

Overview:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting executive presentations, assisting the finance team, and managing ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of translating financial data into actionable business insights. This role will collaborate across operational, finance, and shared service teams to ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial and non-financial data, empowering the executive team to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will compile and present critical financial insights, assist in acquisitions and profitability analyses, and contribute to process improvement and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support executive presentations and financial reports.
• Provide both financial and non-financial data to assist leadership in making strategic decisions.
• Assist the Finance executive team with ad hoc reporting requests and special projects.
• Conduct financial analysis, including evaluations of acquisitions, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify trends in data and translate them into actionable business recommendations.
• Lead efforts to improve processes and implement automation for greater efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven track record in developing financial models, tools, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Pay Transparency: The estimated annual salary range for this role is $115 - $125k. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
