**About the Role** The SAP Relationship Manager will provide deep expertise in SAP Practice supporting a key client(s) in the Bay Area. In this role, your focus will be on expanding Cognizant's SAP services in the assigned client(s), and working closely with the delivery teams to ensure successful execution post-sale. You are a trusted advisor to both the client and the Cognizant Client Partner blending strategic, tactical and 'street savvy' sales and solutioning experience. **Work Model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the San Francisco/Bay Area. This role does require up to 25% travel. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs. **In this role, you will:** + Drive growth in revenue by prioritization, structuring, and leading digital engagements for a $90M+ business unit and be the chief growth officer for that portfolio. + Partner with Centers of Excellence and delivery organization to co-define and drive transformation strategy and service offerings across all areas of SAP that covers S/4 implementations, Customer experience solutions, application development and maintenance and upgrades. + Map client organization, build outstanding relationships with new business units, and build a growth strategy for developing new business opportunities + Forge relationships through consultative/industry leading transformative led conversation with VP/CXO decision makers across IT and business teams in the Communications, Media, Technology, Banking Financial Services and Insurance + Oversee the development and execution of digital strategies to drive business growth and innovation. + Help account leadership and delivery leadership by highlighting risks and issues related to the engagements and support them in mitigating those. Lead client conversations for the same as needed + Develop and carry out Account Growth strategy and business plans. + Responsible for growth, Business Development & Customer Relationship activities and support delivery transformation and fulfillment of key talent needs of the client. + Drive growth and deliver on revenue and booking (Total Commercial Value) targets **What you need to have to be considered** + 15+ years' experience in consultative selling of software and solutions in SAP including good experience influencing senior IT and business decision makers. + 8+ years' hands-on experience working in SAP solutions in an architect or delivery role - you have been an SAP practitioner. + High level understanding of emerging patterns in the SAP application modernization space + Strong knowledge of the communications, media, high tech spaces. + A strong relationship-oriented bent of mind, demonstrated capabilities in building and sustaining relationships + Strong executive presence and gravitas. + Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence + Experience of leading and closing large deals in managed services (multi-million $ and multi-year contracts) We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The annual base salary for this position is between $170,000 - $185,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications.
