JD:

Salesforce Developer with 3-5 year experience to join our agile delivery team within the Asset Management domain. The ideal candidate will work as part of a scrum team and collaborate closely with the Tech lead to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development and integration, particularly with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and third-party Salesforce App Exchange integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce application using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech leads, and QA within Agile/Scrum environment.
• Build and support integrations with external systems, including AppExchange apps, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and prod support.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Ensure high code quality and contribute to design discussions with the technical team.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs, platform events, and middleware tools for seamless data exchange.
• Work within CI/CD pipeline using tools such Git and Copado.
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and integrated applications to ensure system stability.
• Estimate user stories and collaborate with the Tech lead to define implementation tasks.
• Document technical solution and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases.
• Continuously enhance development processes and tools to improve team productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience in Asset Management or Financial Services Domain
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is highly desirable.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
