Salary Range: $50k plus commissions on sales and F&I
Pony Powersports is interviewing for a full time sales & finance manager in our Lancaster/Carroll Ohio dealership. The person in this position will primarily be responsible for daily sales & finance tasks including loan application processing along with contracts & forms required during a motor vehicle sale. The person in this position is responsible for the professional presentation of powersports vehicles, finance, warranty, & service contracts for new & used motorcycles & other powersports vehicles. Applicant must be able to supervise, train, & perform the following duties: Sales and customer service including the ability to properly submit applications to lenders along with attention to detail on a wide range of forms involved in purchasing of a motor vehicle. The ability to present & sell optional products to customers is required. For an applicant to be considered they must be available on weekends as well as other days as business dictates. Knowledge and understanding of motorcycles, atv’ s, & sxs vehicles is a plus along with the ability to obtain a salespersons license from the State of Ohio. A current driver’s license is required. A motorcycle endorsement is not required but is preferred.
