In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Basic Purchaser Certification, FI$Cal proficiency, business writing skills, and proven competence in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, Lync, Access, Outlook Calendar, etc.).
