Restaurant Assistant General Manager

My client is a well-known restaurant brand that is looking for an Assistant General Manager in Santa Fe, NM
Qualifications
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communications skills
Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
Have a general working knowledge of restaurant operations
Capable of using POS and Back Office computer system
Capable of using food preparation equipment
Experience
2 years of prior management experience in a fast casual, multi-unit restaurant. Need to have a working knowledge of FOH, BOH and bar operations
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving established objectives on hopper reports
Directs overall activities and performance of employees on a shift by shift basis
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Fosters a culture in accordance to company guidelines, values and beliefs
Ensures product preparation and presentation according to company standards
Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands
Communicate well with other managers daily through management logs and shift change meetings
Corrects unsafe practices and conditions
Promotes and manages restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation
Complete all other assigned duties and responsibilities
Determines job assignments on shift by shift basis
Assures compliance with company policies, practices and procedures
Maintain and control the assets of the company
Comply with all cash handling procedures
Provides a role model for managers and employees
Exhibits a professional image
