Remote Real Estate Transaction Flow Assistant | Entry-Level | No Experience or License Required
A private real estate group is quietly expanding its operations and onboarding a small group of remote team members to manage the flow of paperwork in off-market residential property transactions. This is a process-driven, fully-remote role for individuals who prefer structure over sales, back-end execution over front-end pressure, and real deliverables over speculation.
If you’ve ever wanted to break into real estate but weren’t interested in becoming an agent, cold calling strangers, or investing your own money—this is the angle you’ve been waiting for. You’ll be responsible for managing digital documents and ensuring every contract gets from point A to point Z without falling apart. Think operations, not persuasion. Think systems, not selling. Think contracts—not closings.
You won’t be the face of the deal. You’ll be the reason it gets done.
The Core of the Role
At the heart of every real estate deal is a paper trail—and that trail is what you’ll own. You’ll work in a digital workspace where contracts show up needing confirmation, organization, and final preparation for transfer. Your job is to apply a simple workflow to each one: confirm the terms, check the fields, follow up on what’s missing, and get everything where it needs to be—fast, clean, and accurate.
You’ll do all this remotely, on your schedule, from your laptop or phone.
The entire system has been built by a nationally known real estate investor featured on A&E, and it’s been used to complete hundreds of property transactions. Now it’s been simplified and systemized so everyday people can step into the coordination seat—no license, no selling, no guesswork.
Here’s What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Reviewing newly submitted property agreements for missing or incorrect fields
Logging deal information into a spreadsheet-based tracker
Naming and storing files using a set folder structure
Following up with sellers or buyers via text or email using provided scripts
Confirming all required signatures are present and properly formatted
Assembling a final digital contract packet using templates
Archiving completed files and marking the deal as delivered
Checking in daily on the status of each deal in your pipeline
Troubleshooting bottlenecks using a built-in escalation path
What This Role Is NOT
It’s not sales. It’s not hourly. It’s not about generating leads or closing people. There’s no pressure to perform on the phone or in meetings. There’s no cold outreach. You don’t need to talk to strangers. You don’t even need to know anything about real estate when you start.
This is strictly back-end coordination—quiet, focused, digital work.
The Tools You’ll Use
Google Sheets for deal tracking
Google Docs and Drive for file management
Gmail or other email services for communication
Messaging apps for quick confirmations (optional)
Pre-built checklists, templates, and scripts for every interaction
Who This Is For
This isn’t for everyone. It’s for the person who likes being the one who makes sure things don’t fall apart. If you like making order out of chaos, building systems, and checking boxes, you’ll thrive here.
You’ve worked as a project assistant, admin, or back-office coordinator
You’re methodical and like tasks with a beginning, middle, and end
You prefer digital communication over live calls
You’re self-directed and comfortable owning your own results
You’ve always wanted to work in real estate, but never liked the flashy side of it
Compensation Model
This is not an hourly position. You’ll be compensated on a per-contract basis, with earnings tied directly to the number of deals you successfully process. Typical payouts per deal range from $2,000 to $10,000 depending on volume, speed, and market conditions. There are no caps. If you handle one contract this month, you’re paid for one. If you process four, you’re paid for four. This scales with you.
You control the throughput, you control the earnings.
Training Included
You’ll be trained by someone who has done this at scale—over and over again. You’ll receive full access to a structured, documented system that shows you how to:
Process contracts end-to-end
Avoid the most common legal and logistical pitfalls
Communicate with buyers and sellers professionally
Organize files for maximum clarity and minimum mistakes
Deliver completed packages ready for assignment
You’ll receive video walkthroughs, checklists, fill-in-the-blank scripts, and sample folders so you never have to guess what’s next.
Real Estate Experience Is NOT Required
This is designed for people who are new to real estate. You won’t be thrown into the deep end. You’ll be walked through everything you need to do. You don’t need a background in transactions, title, lending, or escrow. You just need to show up, follow the system, and execute cleanly.
This Is Ideal For You If You...
Want to work from home without joining another gig app
Value being paid for completed work, not time spent
Enjoy digital tasks and structured workflows
Are exploring real estate but not ready for licensing or investing
Want to learn something useful while earning in the process
You’re not expected to work a set schedule. You’re expected to complete contracts correctly. Some people work nights. Some people do a deal over a weekend. Some stack up multiple contracts per week. That flexibility is built into the model.
