Heather Christensen Real Estate is hiring a Listing Manager to run point on listings from "just listed" to "just sold." This is a hybrid role—part in-office, part remote, part in-field—and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability, systems-driven environment. Details: • Full-Time - W-2 • $45K–$55K Base + Bonus • Benefits: Healthcare, 401(k), PTO • Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid: Office, Remote, + In-field) Growth Opportunity Start with listing management and grow into transaction coordination and client database management with additional compensation. We’ll help you get licensed if needed! Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Prepare listings, schedule vendors, and manage MLS input • Coordinate open houses, showing feedback, and offer tracking • Communicate proactively with clients and vendors • Maintain data in our CRM and track listing performance • Help us grow by turning great service into repeat & referral business Qualifications: You're a Fit If You: • Love checklists, deadlines, and high standards • Are a strong communicator (written + verbal) • Have 3–5 years of admin or client service experience • Are calm under pressure and unflinchingly organized • Can work in Google Suite, MLS, CRM tools, and adapt quickly to new platforms • Have a reliable, insured vehicle and are open to occasional field work (lockboxes, signage, photography) • Have a clean driving record About Company: Why You'll Love Working with Heather Heather Christensen is a second-generation real estate professional and a top-performing solo agent based in SE Aurora.
