We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic PR team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting local marketing events and community engagement initiatives that enhance client visibility and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community-based marketing events to strengthen brand recognition.
• Support local outreach efforts including sponsorships, partnerships, and public activations .

• Manage event logistics , such as scheduling, venue bookings, vendor communication, and on-site coordination.
• Provide general administrative support , including maintaining calendars, preparing meeting materials, and tracking project progress.
• Collaborate with the PR team to create event marketing content , press materials, and post-event performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing , or related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow in public relations and event marketing .
• Confident in interacting with clients, community partners, and event attendees.
