Job Title: Project Assistant

Location : Palo Alto, CA 94304

Duration: 2 Months

Part Time Role: What would be the shift timings for this role? we are flexible throughout the week for the 12-16 hours. The office/building is open M-F, between 8:00-4:30pm. We can work out a schedule with each PA.

Summary

Seeking a self-motivated and well-organized temporary project assistant to provide clerical support for various research studies. The project assistant will be responsible for filing, photocopying, printing, scanning, performing data entry, and preparing mailings of study-related documents and materials. The project assistant will also assist with weekly drop-offs of mailings at the local United States Postal Office (USPS) Bulk Mail Office in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal applicant should possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and have some past clerical experience.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Basic computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
• One year of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
