Job Purpose As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with our product management, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to support the lifecycle of mining-related products. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, competitive analysis, product roadmaps, and customer engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of product strategy in the mining sector.

Job Duties And Responsibilities - Assist in market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the mining industry.
- Support the development of product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to gather product insights.
- Help define product requirements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mining, Geology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills - Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean product management
- AI & Data Analytics: Basic understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, or data visualization to support product insights methodologies.
