Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to early childhood education principles and the ability to engage children through creative learning experiences.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

Duties

Duties   and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall developmental growth.
  • Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring each child's needs are met through tailored instruction and support.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns regarding their child's education.
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes an engaging learning atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Follow Keestone Academy policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of literacy education, curriculum development, math concepts, and toddler care techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • A patient, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
