Description:
Manages housing complex or development by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. Preferred onsite manager. Shows prospective tenants houses and explains occupancy terms. Rents or leases housing, collects security deposits as required, and completes lease forms outlining conditions and terms of occupancy. General repair of plumbing, electrical, painting and other maintenance functions.
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer experience an asset.
Qualifications:
General maintenance knowledge required including light plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping. Valid driver's license and insurable under RTC insurance.
Grand Portage requires a background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing for all positions. American Indian Preference will apply.
