• $18.95/hr + $0.75/hr shift differential
• Monday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Temp to Perm Opportunity

ROLE IMPACT: As a licensed Pharmacy Technician, you will directly support pharmacists in delivering safe and accurate pharmaceutical care. This role ensures the timely preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Success in this position requires precision, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare, count, measure, and label prescription medications for dispensing
• Replenish automated dispensing cells, handling bulk quantities of medications safely
• Ensure accurate patient instructions and proper labeling on medication containers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensing environment
• Rotate stock and monitor inventory to prevent medication expirations
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with federal, state, and HIPAA guidelines
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
• Active Indiana or National Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
CLINICAL SKILL SET
• Medication dispensing and packaging
• Automated pharmacy systems operation
• Inventory control and stock rotation
• Compliance with pharmacy laws, HIPAA, and safety regulations
• Quality assurance in high-volume fulfillment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous pharmacy experience in dispensing or fulfillment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Team-oriented with strong accountability and task focus
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs. repeatedly and move 15 lbs. consistently over extended distances
• Strong basic math, reading, and documentation skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in high-volume central fill or fulfillment pharmacy operations
• Quality-focused mindset with proven consistency in task execution
• Strong organizational and communication skills
