Job Description

Fork My Life is seeking talented and passionate chefs to join our team as Personal Chefs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients in their homes, creating customized culinary experiences that cater to their individual tastes and dietary needs. The Personal Chef will be responsible for meal planning, shopping and in-home meal preparation, providing clients with delicious and wholesome dishes to enjoy. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients' kitchens during meal preparation is a crucial aspect of the role.

Responsibilities :

• Work in various clients' homes on a daily basis, typically Monday through Thursday.
• Prepare meals according to provided recipes, clients' preferences, dietary restrictions and food allergies.
• Execute meal plans created by Fork My Life, ensuring accuracy and quality in meal preparation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with small events hosted in clients' homes, collaborating with other chefs as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in clients' kitchens during meal preparation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements :

• Previous culinary experience in restaurants or other food-related services.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Experience working with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Culinary degree is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working directly with clients, in events, catering, or as a personal chef is preferred.
