Job Description

Summary:

We are looking to add a high potential, driven People, Talent, & Recruiting Coordinator to our team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our recruiting process along with supporting various people operations processes. This role will directly impact the company’s ability to recruit, onboard, and retain our team. You’ll have the ability and desire to rise quickly in an organization by producing high quality work product and getting things done despite obstacles. If you possess a strong work ethic, learn fast, and are curious about how a People function works at an entrepreneurial, e-commerce company, we’d love to hear from you. 

What you will do…

  • Work with the PTR Manager, Hiring Managers, and candidates to move the hiring process forward.
  • Coordinate the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings and eventually interviewing and assessing talent yourself. 
  • Help administer various people processes such as employee recognition, freelance coordination, and on-boarding new employees. 
  • Support the People, Talent and Recruiting team’s various initiatives by maintaining and updating trackers and project plans accurately and with strong attention to detail.  
  • Build strong relationships with the PTR Manager, CEO, and other stakeholders. 

What you should have…

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a Recruiting or People focused position, where you demonstrated grit and the ability to rise. 
  • Genuine interest in the People function at a lean, entrepreneurial e-commerce company with an initiative to learn more about the field. 
  • Attention to detail and follow-through; ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience working in a small, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment, where you’ve overcome many obstacles.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to positively represent a company brand.
  • Track record of demonstrating maturity and professionalism.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
