Title: Pega Program Manager

Client: Internal Revenue Service National Office

Location:  New Carrollton Federal Building 5000 Ellin Road Lanham, MD 20706

Note: Remote position that may require IRS site visitations with limited access to New Carrollton Federal Building

Job Description:

• Manage large-scale and small scale programs comprising multiple interdependent projects with complex budgets and timelines.
  
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business and agency goals.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of project deliverables.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor program performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  
• Provide regular status updates, executive summaries, and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  
• Manage change control processes and ensure timely resolution of issues and conflicts.
  

Certification:

• Master's degree or Program Management Professional(PgMP)
