Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead and support the successful deployment of payroll systems and solutions within our organization. You will work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless transition to new platforms and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Key Responsibilities: + Lead end-to-end payroll system implementations, upgrades, or conversions. + Analyze current payroll processes and recommend improvements or automation strategies. + Collaborate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to configure and test payroll systems. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. + Conduct data validation, parallel testing, and issue resolution. + Train HR and payroll staff on system functionality and best practices. + Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system capabilities and integrations (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Paycom). Requirements Qualifications: + 3+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in system implementation or migration. + Strong understanding of payroll compliance and labor laws. + Experience with systems such as ADP, Dayforce, Workday, or Paylocity. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of reporting tools a plus. + Strong communication and project management abilities. + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
