As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of FiberFirst, directly engaging with potential customers in their homes and small businesses to introduce our state-of-the-art FIA, VOIP, and IPTV services. Your mission will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales orders at the door. As an ambassador of the company, you will also attend, participate, and actively sell at client-sponsored events and retail partners. Location: Hiring one candidate for the following markets: Georgetown, TX; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Omaha, NE; Mesa, AZ; and Encinitas, CA. Employment Classification: Exempt: Regular, Full-time Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 base + Uncapped Commission. OTE: $82,000+ Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties / Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits in designated residential areas and small businesses to introduce FiberFirst products and services. Engage potential customers to understand their internet and entertainment needs, providing customized product recommendations. Demonstrate the benefits and value of Fiber First's FIA, VOIP, and IPTV offerings. Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas through effective customer interaction and sales techniques. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions. Attend and run sponsored events within the communities we sell and support. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and service activation. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and / or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus. Proven 3 years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Required Skills / Abilities: Basic technical understanding of internet, VOIP, and IPTV technologies and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements: In a typical work day, the employee will be required to: Sit: Occassionally. Stand: Continuously.
