Industry : Tourism-English Language School

Location : Malta

Basis : Full time

Remuneration : Salary

Main Duties:

• Leadership : Guide junior staff, support colleagues
• Supplier Management: Assist with accommodations, excursions, review agreements and supplier relations
• Operations : Coordinate logistics (transport, accommodation, etc.), manage bookings, oversee emergency phone, problem-solve, generate reports
• Administration : Manage bookings, registrations, and participant records
• Communication & Reporting : Communicate with participants/parents, prepare reports, request class lists, communicate with foreign group leaders
• Quality Assurance : Evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and feedback and implement improvements
• General Duties : Fulfill SOPs, cover staff shortages

Additional Tasks:

• Communication : Interact with staff and students as needed
• Support : Attend meetings, cover for absent staff
• Collaboration : Advise colleagues, uphold school ethos
• Flexibility : Work contracted hours, including occasional overtime and emergency phone coverage
• Development : Participate in training and team events

What Skills do you need?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Intermediate or professional level in Italian would be preferred
• Proven experience in program management (youth programs preferred)
• Familiarity with youth safety protocols
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Organized and detail-oriented, whilst calm under pressure
• Independent and problem-solving, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
