**Overview** **Seeking Experienced Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider** Dignity Health Medical Group - North State ( is actively seeking a PA or NP with experience in neurosurgery to join our team in Redding, CA. This position encompasses inpatient, outpatient, and operative responsibilities, including participation in procedures, rounding, and collaboration with other hospital services. You're going to love Redding. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the OR, clinic, and during hospital rounds + Manage pre- and post-op care for neurosurgical patients + Perform bedside procedures and support surgical prep + Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams + Maintain accurate, compliant documentation + Collaborate with neurosurgeon and hospital staff + Support quality and safety initiatives + Stay current with neurosurgical best practices **Qualifications** + Valid and unrestricted **California PA or NP license** + **National certification** (NCCPA for PAs or AANP/ANCC for NPs) + Completion of all **state-mandated education/certification requirements** + **Preferred:** **Prior experience in** **neurosurgery** **, including OR assistance and inpatient care** **Pay Range** $67.31 - $69.71 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
