About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician , you will play a vital role in optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment, and improving manufacturing efficiency . You will work alongside engineers, quality teams, and production staff to implement solutions that enhance safety, productivity, and quality .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Design and support the development of fixtures, tools, and process improvements.
• Conduct tests and inspections to meet quality and performance standards .
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements to reduce cycle time and waste .
• Set up and support new product introductions and equipment installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work instructions and process changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges .
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with wiring, panel building, and automation projects .

What You Bring:

• 🔹 Technical Skills: Strong mechanical OR electrical, and troubleshooting skills .
  🔹 Blueprints & Schematics: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams .
  🔹 Hands-on Experience: Hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, or automation is a plus .
  🔹 Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Office Suite .
  🔹 Quality Tools: Experience with SPC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies .
  🔹 Problem-Solving Ability: Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement .
  🔹 Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical diploma in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (or an equivalent combination of education & experience).
