Job Description

Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A seeks a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, helping ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational environment for our guests and team members. No prior maintenance management experience required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of equipment.
  • Learn and perform basic kitchen equipment, lighting, and plumbing repairs.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the leadership team.
  • Support team members by setting up equipment and helping with daily operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed to assist with repairs and inspections.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures as trained.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings if needed.
