Barter Network is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic In-House Telemarketer/ Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

We are looking for an upbeat person who enjoys challenges and likes talking on the phone. Telemarketing or phone work experience is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through cold calling to promote our company, and to set up appointments for our sales team.

Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with potential clients will be essential in driving sales and expanding our market presence. If you have a passion for sales and want to be in a place that has been in business for over 35 years, we want to hear from you!

Barter Network is located in Milford, offering a fantastic office setting with a great working environment. Our employees/team members have been with us from 3 years to 32 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and the benefits of bartering.
• Communicate company benefits clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Identify potential clients wants and needs and address opportunities that Barter Network can provide .
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market reach.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our company.
• Set appointments for Sales Manager

Experience

• Previous experience in sales and/ or telemarketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with inside sales techniques and cold calling strategies are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
