This is a fulltime salaried onsite position in our Alpharetta GA office where your performance and dedication will directly impact your income!

What You ll Do:

• Engage Motivated Leads : No cold calling here! You ll work with individuals who have already expressed interest in selling their distressed properties. Your job is to provide information so that the seller can make an informed decision that meets their needs and get a contract in place that allows us to help the seller.
  
• Use your sales and marking expertise to explain our services address concerns and present tailored options that lead to signed contracts.
  
• A win for you to build trust with property owners assess their needs and guide them to a swift hasslefree resolution to getting their property under contract.
