Recruit & Build Relationships – Source, interview, and place top-tier hospitality talent across the U.S.
Collaborate & Coordinate – Partner with team members and clients to drive placements and deliver results.
Network Relentlessly – Cultivate strong pipelines by leveraging your existing network and continuously building new connections.
Drive Results – Work toward individual and team metrics in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Champion Hospitality – Bring a high level of care, professionalism, and emotional intelligence to every interaction.
3+ years of hospitality leadership experience (restaurant, hotel, or F&B leadership required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for people, hospitality culture , and helping others grow
The ability to commute to Chandler, AZ regularly (this is an in-office role)
A desire to be part of a team focused on care, performance, and constant improvement
