Job Description:

We are seeking a representative that is either familiar with or will be able to learn the Medicare and individual healthcare landscape. Your goal will be to become an expert in the field alongside your co-workers, build strong, lasting relationships with clients seeking to ensure they have solid coverage for changing health needs that can additionally protect their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing, servicing accounts, providing exceptional customer service
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Meeting with client in-office
• Assessing clients' insurance needs to provide personal recommendations
• Presenting insurance policies and coverage options
• Reaching sales goals
• Contributing to the overall growth of the company
• Following trends, remaining current with coverage options
• Conduct educational presentations to small groups
• Maintain active licensure and certification

Qualifications:

• Required: proven experience in sales explained in your cover letter
• Required: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred: active PA Insurance License
• Preferred: 2024/2025 AHIP Certification
