We are currently hiring a General Laborer to support our field team. No two days are the same—if you enjoy hands-on work and being outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and repair of septic tanks, sewer lines, and drain fields
• Dig trenches and assist with site prep and cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
• Follow safety procedures, especially when working around waste and hazardous materials
• Work alongside technicians and follow instructions from crew leads
• Help with site setup, including safety signage and barriers
• Perform general maintenance and cleanup tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments
• Willingness to work in dirty, wet, and confined spaces
• Must be reliable and punctual with dependable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must pass a drug screen and background check (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
