We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and client-facing activities. You will work closely with our Events Coordinator and other departments to ensure all events align with our company’s goals and run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, workshops, and conferences
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and materials
Communicate with vendors and manage event timelines and budgets
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for future improvements
Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution processes
Support the marketing and administrative team with event-related tasks
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures during events
Previous experience in event planning or administrative support is preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to work flexible hours when required, including occasional evenings and weekends
