Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing high-quality brand experiences. This role involves hands-on coordination, administrative support, and collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
Manage logistics including booking venues, ordering supplies, and preparing event materials
Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers
Track timelines and budgets to ensure smooth event execution
Provide on-site support during events to handle set-up, registration, and client interaction
Help prepare post-event reports and gather attendee feedback
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to event planning and execution
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
