We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of company events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality events that reflect our company’s standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and conferences

  • Manage event timelines, logistics, and vendor communications

  • Support the Events Manager with onsite event execution and problem-solving

  • Prepare materials and equipment needed for events

  • Ensure all events meet brand standards and client expectations

  • Maintain clear documentation of event budgets, schedules, and evaluations

  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members or guests if required

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in an event-related role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
