Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Event Coordinator** to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will manage the planning and execution of events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics align with client expectations and company standards. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver smooth, impactful events that exceed expectations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue booking, scheduling, staffing, and logistics
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements
  • Source and manage vendors (catering, audio/visual, decor, transportation, etc.)
  • Develop and manage budgets and timelines for each event
  • Conduct site visits and supervise set-up and breakdown activities
  • Handle day-of-event coordination, ensuring smooth execution
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
