Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that resonate with our brand and achieve our strategic objectives. As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all aspects of each event are executed seamlessly, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from inception to completion, including timelines, venues, catering, and entertainment.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences, ensuring their needs are met.
Manage budgets and provide cost-effective solutions to maintain financial objectives.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure smooth execution of all event elements.
Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and transportation of materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and obtain necessary permits as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in event coordination or planning, with a portfolio of successful events.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with interpersonal skills for client relations.
Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.
