Job Overview Restoration Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between property damage and successful restoration, working closely with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors. This customer-facing role requires both technical expertise in estimating (especially using Xactimate) and strong relationship-building abilities. The ideal candidate will understand the unique demands of restoration construction and be eager to grow their book of business through service, sales, and excellence.

Learn more about us at . Key Responsibilities - Estimate property loss repairs and develop scopes of work using Xactimate.
- Respond promptly to service requests and secure required documentation.
- Sell and upsell services while tracking and managing leads.
- Secure approvals from clients, insurance adjusters, and carriers.
- Build and maintain referral relationships to generate repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry and networking events.
- Develop subcontractor and vendor partnerships.
- Mentor internal team members and contribute to team growth.
- Solicit client reviews and support positive online visibility.
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in restoration or construction estimating preferred.
- Familiarity with Xactimate is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold (preferred).
- Project Management certifications or training (preferred).

Schedule - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend availability as needed
Location: - On-site work in residential and commercial environments
- Minimal travel outside the immediate operating area may be required
